Welcome to Unique Massage Centre. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Bookings & Appointments

• Reservations: We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and therapist. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms and to relax before your session.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 2 hours' notice.
• Frequent cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

3. Health & Safety

• Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancies prior to the massage.
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents a health condition that may be contraindicated for massage therapy or poses a risk to our staff.

4. Professional Code of Conduct

• Strictly Professional: Unique Massage Centre provides strictly therapeutic and professional massage services. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, or requests will not be tolerated.
• Termination of Session: If a therapist feels uncomfortable or if the code of conduct is violated, the session will be terminated immediately. The client will be asked to leave the premises, and the full fee will be charged.

5. Payments & Refunds

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.
• Payment must be made in full immediately after the service is rendered.
• No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed. If you are dissatisfied, please speak to the management immediately.

6. Personal Belongings

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, Unique Massage Centre is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items or valuables brought onto the premises.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and at the reception desk.
